On your run, it is often more difficult to find the right outfit than you anticipated. The most important thing is to dress in whatever will help you stay cool and comfortable so you can enjoy your run. And if you’re not comfortable running in just a sports bra, that’s OK – you can wear a light, loose-fitting shirt over it. If you sweat a lot, you might want to wear a moisture-wicking shirt and shorts to help keep you cool and dry. If it’s very hot, you might want to wear as little clothing as possible – just shorts and a tank top, or even a sports bra. There’s no one answer to this question – it depends on how hot it is, how much you sweat, and what you’re comfortable running in. You should rehydrate as if you were a boss right away, and this is especially important with EnduroPacks. It’s a topic that has been on my radar for quite some time, and I wanted to do a summer version because it’s one of my favorites. Second, consider your body type and how it responds to heat. And if you’re running in the early morning or evening, a reflective vest or gear will help you stay visible to traffic. If it’s sunny, a brimmed hat will help shield your eyes and face from the sun’s harmful UV rays. If it’s hot and humid, lightweight, breathable fabrics will help keep you cool and dry. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to what to wear when running in summer temperatures, but there are a few things to keep in mind.
